Inspect the door kit to ensure all components are present and match the drawings.
Check the installation area to ensure it is clean and free from obstructions.
Make sure all tools are ready, and operators are wearing protective equipment.
Step 2: Install the Bottom Profile
Cut notches at both ends of the bottom profile component.
Position it evenly at the bottom of the opening.
Mark the holes and drill evenly along the profile.
Fix using Ф5×16 rivets to ensure stability (alternatively, structural adhesive can be used for bonding).
Step 3: Install the Mounting Plates
Place the mounting plates on both sides of the upper frame opening, aligned with embedded plates.
Ensure symmetrical installation based on Figures 1 and 2.
Use the reserved holes on the mounting plates to mark and drill.
Fix them with Ф5×13 rivets. Ensure both sides are stable and symmetrical.
Step 4: Mount the Roller
Inspect the roller to ensure it is undamaged.
Facing the frame opening from outside the compartment, place the roller on the mounting bracket. figure3
Secure both ends with locking pins and cotter pins. figure 4
Step 5: Attach the Door body
Inspect the slates of door body for any dents or scratches .
With at least two people, roll up the door from the top while holding it steadily. Align the end slate of the door with the green straps on the roller and fasten them with M5×18 bolts and nuts. Figure 6
If the roller’s tension is too low, wrap the green straps one additional turn around the roller before fastening.
After securing the door, one or two people must hold the roller to prevent it from rapidly spinning back. Another person should remove the locking pin on the left side of the roller. Caution: This step has safety risks. For door areas ≥1 m², at least three people are required. Slowly release the roller and simultaneously lift the door panel slowly from outside.
Step 6: Install slide track, Stoppers, and Rainproof profile
Position the slide track along the upper sides of the frame, Mark holes, drill, and fix using Ф5×20 rivets. Ensure stable installation. Figure 9
Close the door completely. Ensure the rubber strip at the top contacts the bottom profile with no gaps. Place the stop along the guiding bars and secure them to the guide rails with Ф5×16 rivets. Figure 10
install the rainproof profile above the frame opening. Drill holes and secure both ends of the gutter with Ф5×20 rivets. figure 11
Step 7: Test
After the rolling shutter door is installed, open and close it approximately 10 times. Hold the handle and gently shake it left and right to adjust and balance the gap on both sides. The rolling door should operate smoothly and open/close properly.
